HeavenScent Soy Candles make great fundraisers.  Sell our high quality soy candles to friends and family and raise money for your favorite organization.  There are two ways that your organization can profit selling our candles. The first is to set-up a candle sale choosing six of our wonderful scents. Please allow additional time during peak periods in the fall and winter months as orders may take additional time to process.  In most cases we can process your fundraising order in 2 weeks. The second option is to register your organization for our affiliate program. Once registered, your organization will receive a code which you can share with friends and family. As orders are placed your group will receive a commission of 10% of the total order price for all items sold including accessories. Orders are processed as they are received and usually ship within 3 to 5 business days. Your organization just needs to promote the sales, we take care of the payments, and send you a check for money you earn.

Customized Candle Sale Option

  • All candles are 10 oz soy wax in glass jelly jars.
  • The organization may pick 6 different scent choices.
  • The organization will sell each candle for $13.50 and will profit $4.50 on each candle.
  • Each seller will receive an order form, and depending on the amount of sellers, we may be able to provide each seller with scent samples.
  • Money will be collected at the time of the order.  Checks should be made payable to your organization.
  • The organization’s fundraiser chairperson will tally each order and submit the master order form along with payment from the organization for $9.00 for each candle that is sold.  We accept checks and credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) for payment.
  • Upon sign-up we will send you candle fundraising forms to send out to your sales team.  Forms are customized with your organization name, and sale dates.
  • Allow at least 2 weeks for processing time for us to hand create your order.  Orders may be picked-up at either our New Bloomfield or Camp Hill Location.  Once the candles are ready we will give you a call.
  • Orders can be placed by phone, e-mail, fax, or mail. (Please allow additional processing times for orders sent by mail.)

 

Earn 10% of all sales

  • You can sell any item that is listed in our catalog.
  • Your organization receives 10% of all sales placed online with your unique code.
  • Orders are shipped directly to the customer.
  • You do not need to collect any of the money, we take care of that for you and send you a check for the proceeds of your sale.
  • Allows your customer to pay by credit card, check, money order, or Paypal.
